In the Flesh

Know you are the temple in the Promised Land,

In glorious resurrection stand

Know this self is giving meaning to the land,

The breath of life divinity planned

Know you are the meaning of the sun,

Without you all the light is none

Suns warming rays, your earth to feed,

Tis your very existence, giving creed

Delicious fruit of earth is naught,

Without a tong to taste as bought

Your breath the wind, your tears the rain,

Soil the bones of all life, that before you came

My name is life, gift of self to be,

The self to see, divided ‘I’ to an ocean of we

Your very same blood flows through every vain

Uniquely different, uniquely the same

Ego carried aloft, esteems a fool,

Declaring ignorance of spiritual rule

Know you are the life, the truth,

When moving in selfless, love will proof

The ocean of life, selfless freeing and being,

Self is never lost, shifts to knowing and seeing

In total surrender all will to the unseen

Faith above faith moves in full stream

Know that you are the reason all the stars are gleaming,

Know without your witness, the cosmos has no meaning

Know above the human story, there is a greater glory

We created of the infinite majesty

Are yet to be born
