Time holds no night or day

 that is of perception of earths spinning way

Stand aside from the spinning and ticking clock,

 the constant movement of matter,

 What time have you got.

Yes there is time, but of a relative way,

 Counting change as linear,

 We of birth and death day

Now is the time, and the time is now,

 Matter changes and rearranges the speed the physical allows

Suspended, as it is, within an eternal now

Look at the clock, tick tock, tick tock

Still now .....  but matter never stops,

Time was the name of the change that we got,

 till change rearranged and said

..... That’s your lot
